Recently refurbished room, fairly clean hotel in general.
Possibly the best and very nice stay for one night. Helpful and pleasant staff, wake up service and ironing free of charge. Great meals with complimentary drinks. Great choice for christmas.

The heat in my room was completely broken, and despite calling the front desk for help, they said no one was available to check it. It was freezing, and I ended up checking out early without breakfast. Super disappointing!...

There was construction, that was not told to anyone. The only reason we decided to stay, was for the courtyard...and my family was very disappointed.

The Spectrum Center was also close by for a fun Charlotte Hornets game or concert. Guests can unwind with a game of golf nearby.
My wife says that the hotel could benefit from more kid-friendly dining options.

The staff was fantastic and always went out of their way to help and location was good.
Older hotel, the entire atrium was being remodeling which took away most of the signature "Embassy Suites" feeling, all meals/snacks were held in the dated restaurant.

The breakfast was good. The entrance and lobby area was very nice. The check in attendees were very nice.
It took us about 30 minutes to check in because we booked third party and the reservation was not at the hotel. There was dried blood on the sheets when we pulled it back. We were not pleased AT ALL! We called and someone came up pretty fast but she never apologized and wasn't very polite.
